  1. Past hour
  2. It does feel like BY will be extended at this point. He's been propped up since day 1 on Mint St. Guys like DB and Jaycee gotta be rolling their eyes at the prospect
  3. I didn't know DB was such a potty mouth........I love it
  4. Sorry, my memory may be getting wonky with age. I thought he had been. Or had it been a "mutual agreement to resign/retire?"
  5. They are 0-7? What more than a sack can they talk about? It's not a serious injury and there was zip from that clip that was disrespectful, intended or not.
  6. If this is true, then why did humungous NBA players like Greg Oden and Al Jefferson never truly heal?
  7. Literally, nobody on this board hates BY the person. The majority of fans can now see that he is not cut out to be a high level starting QB in the NFL. It is what it is. If it was going to be different it would have already happened. He is almost half way through his third season. He has 2 1,000 yard backs, 2 first round receivers and one of the most expensive o lines in the league… and for what? What has he shown for it. Where has his game taken the next big step? Any of the top 15 passers in the league would have this offense cooking. Look at the resources that have been allocated. It’s a minor miracle that the defense has shown improvement with the inequity they have been given. Dan is working personnel miracles. It can’t keep going on this way. Contenders are built off of the premise that a high end QB can elevate JAG talent to be legit playmakers, thus freeing up draft capital to continually invest in the lines and stack the defense. Ravens. Steelers. Patriots. Seahawks. Chiefs. We’re now starting to see it in Denver and the Chargers. Baltimore is in a down year, but look at their track record and how they’ve done it. Strong defenses stacked with early round talent builds consistent winning. It’s why you don’t give big contracts to RBs to cover up for a QB that can’t get it done. Think about it. CMC. Chuba. Big money. Why is that? It’s because they largely have been THE offensive production. A franchise QB is supposed to make an RB look good, not the other way around. This offense is built completely backwards. BY will NEVER be THAT DUDE. Period. His limitations are mostly physical. He’s now 2 1/2 years in his NFL career and he still looks every bit as frail as he did on draft day. He could have EASILY added 15 more pounds of solid muscle by now… but hasn’t. Why not? It sure would help with the weak ass jersey grab sack fumbles he still struggles with. It’d definitely help with arm strength. Where’s the DAWG? Where has HE upped HIS game? He is a backup QB that a contender will need when their starting guy goes down. It would be prudent by our front office over the next several weeks to see this scenario unfold and dump him. There is 0 upside to continue to ride with him going forward.
  8. Last 17 starts: Bryce Young: 26 TDs 11 INTS 87.0 Passer Rating CJ Stroud: 19 TDs 12 INTs 83.9 Passer Rating
  9. I've seen much discussion on this topic, but its really hard to evaluate it piece for piece due to the cap implications it had. For example: I'm not sure we sign hunt or lewis with burns contract. Those picks obviously turned into XL and Mitchell Evans. So our side of the trade is still very much TBD. That said, as good as Burns has been this year, and he's been really good, He's still a pash rush only DE. He's also getting a lot of 1 on 1 there, as they have Thibidoux (I'm sure that's spelled wrong) and Abdul Carter, as well as Dexter Lawrence in the middle. If you don't double Dexter, your play is not going to work. You can only have him on the field on first and second down if you have a dexter lawrence, or a derrick brown. If you watch the giants, one of their biggest flaws is that teams attack their defense the same way they attacked ours when he was here: Run off tackle straight at Brian Burns. I'm not sure you can win a lot of games with a player like that absorbing so much of the cap. So sure, he's on pace for a ridiculous season, but the giants are not good, and I really don't think he'd be able to put up the same production here. Throw in the way this trade opened up our offense, and I think it's a wash for us at worst.
  10. he's dalton's number 1. buffalo defense is not prepared for this week. it may just be a shootout. we gotta keep their offense off the field.
  11. Whether the play was dirty doesn’t really matter. Still poor form and classless to hype a play that injured another player.
  12. NAS

    Classless

Listen, even if you don’t think it’s a dirty play the fact that Bryce got hurt on it it’s still classless to showcase on your social media
  13. 300+ lb man, while running and bending, hyper extends his own leg to step on another man's leg (who wasn't exactly lighting it up) to get him out of the game. Call in the Mythbusters (RIP) and Sports Science guy (RIP)
  14. Who gives a fug. They still 0-7 at the end of the day.
  15. Hopeful that the 2025 draft is a sign of the new regime, and that 2024 was a a hangover from the old. I imagine somebody like Tillis not being hired until a couple months before the draft wouldn't come in and rock the boat too much. Give input, but still feeling the situation out. 2025 was more of his "first" draft here in my eyes.
  16. Today
  17. lol. This ain’t it my guy. The defender did nothing wrong
  18. There is nothing dirty about that play.
  19. If he did that on purpose that was some next level matrix sh*t. And why do you hate Young? Seems extreme for someone you probably have never met.
  20. I don’t think it was international or dirty, just an unfortunate football play.
  21. Man, now Bryce can’t even be tackled I guess. He truly does get protected and coddled like no one else.
