Florida has 100% stars across the board. Maybe not Mcdavid but stars. Bennett, Reinhart, Eckblad, Thachuk, and Marchand, hell BOB is a Bonafide superstar. Yes, I know I spelled their names wrong because I'm too lazy to look them up. Florida is loaded. But what makes them different is the size and the depth. Their 4th line is big. GMET has the blueprint with $30mil to spend. Go do it!

Or more likely Sam Bennett, he's a bigger need at center

This is 100% upper management buzzword bullshit.

Looks like he took less money to go to Ravens. 1 year, $6M deal ($4M base, up to $2M in incentives). Sounds like we could’ve been one of the teams that offered more. Emphasis on the could of. interesting to know we are looking to upgrade. Have to wonder if we will still look to do so and whether it will be cb or s or both.

I really can't believe the hype this dude has gotten this offseason because of a handful of slightly above average games to close out last season. Granted slightly above average is lightyears ahead of where he was pre-benching, but still. Not buying into the hype until I actually see something on the field that resembles a top tier franchise QB. Haven't seen that yet.

Wild Idea.. Trade for Shemar Stewart

When Tony played coach seats weren't designed for Calista Flockhart. -
Right after Schefter was on Mcafees show saying we were interested too lol
-
Signed with the Ravens
-
No. We showed no interest in him for the draft. Why now after grabbing 2 edge that we did show interest in?
-
There is really no excuse for the Bengals to be attempting to execute a rookie contract in this manner. None! This is not about Stewart fuging up, it's about the Bengals fuged up way of doing business.

In before we sign the Rat to 8mm per year

Think of the person next to him. What if Goose had the middle seat? -
Young, been named Top Riser for 2025

Just give your money to a charity or flush it down the toilet. Either one would be a better investment. -
BREAKING: Panthers interested in Justin Simmons

Coverage skills I can understand, but you'd think solid tacklers would be less rare than they are. That's a pretty basic skill for someone to learn if they're playing defense, at any age. -

Good tacklers are rare. Good coverage skills are rare. Having both is more rare. -
Yep, it's a very sensible trade off. 1st rounders get 100% guaranteed and teams get the right to a 5th year option. Win Win. Don't fug it up for everybody Cincinnati!

I don't understand why it's so rare to find a safety that can both tackle and cover. I guess because the ones who can tackle get moved to linebacker early in their careers and the ones who can cover are moved to corner, but you'd still think more of them would stick at safety than do. -

We need to quit being "interested" in signing a safety and actually sign one of them. -
Damn! Goose was 6'3" and 340 pounds! Big man needs 2 coach seats!
-
I was thinking more of a piss stain....but you're probably right.

Every pre-season we are the best and most bonded team.. Then comes the first game...

The OL coaches have been really good and we have a core of young talent behind the starters. I think, if Motown hits the wall and the knee says, "I'm done," I see Brady Christensen as a solid backup. I am so thankful they pulled him away from the IOL duties. He needs to be a T. He has to know that his future as a starter might be through Moton, this year or next. BC turns 29 in September, so he has about a 3-year window as a starter. But I feel a LOT better about BC behind Moton because he is a quality backup OT.
