  1. Past hour
  2. Just start Hooker. Literally the same amount of skill/talent. Why waste a pick?
  3. It is a noticeable thing. Patience, so many had it for Bryce. Fresh out for everybody else. Seems like. You can’t say he has looked good, but to bury him with this QB and now everyone is calling the limited playbook offense he is in shitty p and the coach is shitty (which would be something that affects a green over drafted WR), and no one I can recall except you had mentioned the old way of 3 years. I don’t know who is right. Just saying I agree with you about patience being so thin.
  4. Well he knew when he accepted the job who his QB was so he can fug off with that excuse.
  5. This is the 3rd season where he started off playing beyond shitty effectively putting the team behind the 8 ball from the jump. Now its obviously not all on him but 3 x is a damn trend and you cannot risk that a 4rth time.
  6. That reminds me of a quote from Augustus McCrae from Lonesome Dove, about Jake Spoon. Something like “Lori darlin’, you put your hope in Jake Spoon and he is an empty vessel” Just from memory I don’t think that is exact but that’s the gist.
  7. He can't even save himself. Cleveland is starting Gabriel this weekend and guess where Shedeur is on the depth chart? That's right, still qb3.
  8. Its less about money more about enjoying sports when 3 out of your 4 teams are dumpster fires
  9. I wasn’t really commenting on if he is good/bad. I’m saying that whatever small chance there was for him to succeed the way things are is gone. As far as your point goes, I agree. If he is to be judged at all, he should be allowed to build it how he wants with the people he wants.
  10. He's first response should have been to ask the reporter what they meant by the question they were asking. Or at least ask them to clarify the question. Throw the reporter off guard. He just walked right into it.
  11. That roller-coaster ride only has 1 last turn to make before it's over. After a while the last holdouts will see the light. Having hope in something is not a bad thing.
  12. XL looked bad with Bryce last year. He looked better with decent to competent QB play. Now he looks bad again. Wait until the kid looks bad with some consistent QB play before he is labeled a resounding bust. WRs used to take three years, now everyone is a bust. At this point in his career, our beloved Smitty would have been considered a bust. In year one he caught 10 passes for 154 yards and 0TDS. Year two he had 54 catches for 800 yards and 3 TDs. Both years he played 15 games. Chill out! If he continues to be terrible cool, doesn't progress at all this year or next fine. But the he's not smart, he doesn't know English, and I am calling it now crowd are doing too much.
  13. This is the face of a man who's expected to win NFL football games with Bryce Young at QB
  14. Not me.....I've seen enough One game doesn't make a successful career.
  15. if only there was a way for him to just destress at the end of a long late night film review
  16. Today
  17. I ageee that it was a loaded question - that I don’t think I have ever seen asked of a guy that was out for injury not benching. As was pointed out.
  18. Thats what you ask a kid coming out of timeout, not a grown man
  19. Legette was/is a character and who doesnt love the idea of this somewhat unique dude breaking it open in the NFL and livin the dream? But if thats his response after the "time off" I dont believe he has the drive Someone suggested recently that XL stumbled into the NFL, that this wasnt a boyhood dream and he just kind of fell into it in college. Then he went in the first round and has life changing money for him and his kin. I dont hate him for it But dude needs to be shown the door. The state of this team can not abide someone this detached.
  20. That is a good argument. Makes me think But you get the whole family. Next thing you know if he doesn’t do well mom is calling people racist, dad weighing in, the media is all over the guy wanting him to step in it, it is hard with the baggage. But what the hell ABB. Guess what that stands for…
  21. he looks like he's aged 10 years in the last year. stress is a mutha
  22. I would say the state the defense was reduced to by the Bryce propping left them a multi year fix, and they were doing the front to back deal starting with the front and the pass rush. They tried to get by with Wallace, hoping he could pick it up his second year, and Jewel. With Rozeboom for depth - and got hit. Pretty simple. We had the guy the Steelers took in range (2024) but passed for I think durability concerns. I don’t remember who we had the option to pick and didn’t this past year. And probably could have maneuvered out of pick 8 to get a talented ILB but then, you know, we had to have that offense for little Mr Excitement. And it looks like a very good pick so what can you say.
  23. I agree. I just doubt they're going to make a trade without trotting his old ass out there first. So let's just go ahead and get that over with so there's still time on the clock.
  24. Burrow has clearly been a good player in the NFL and wasnt coming off of a historically bad game before the injury.
