Is this the same team that will throw the ball all the way down the field and then try to run it in on 4 consecutive plays from the 3 yard line?

Because Ted Ginn, Steve Smith and Greg Olsen repeatedly proved to us they can't catch TDs.

It'll be a couple years before this kid makes an impact. He's extremely undisciplined in his route running (which will drive Rivera nuts), will be hard as hell to tackle when he does have the ball, but maybe he can ****** some of those air-mails Cam has been known to throw.

With the new Sr. offensive assistant or whatever there to help with the offense. A new group of WR's that can catch more sure handedly in at least Avant. And hopefully a better oline, I am hoping we aren't that team that air-mails the whole field and then staggers at the goal line.

So we reached in the first round for a red zone target when it has been proven that we have an offensive coordinator with the imagination of a gold fish.

People like you forget who we hired as a assistant. Shula will have help this year.

Several things.

1.  "Defenses cannot play 8 in the box while KB on the field."

This is huge!!  If it resurrects our running game, it will naturally open up the passing game.  Also, his size and blocking is good.

2.  "Top player on our board when we picked."

You cannot argue that we reached if this is the case.  Does not matter who we wanted, our guys were not at the top of the Panthers board.

3.  "Only one guy in the entire draft had the full repitoire of of routes, and that was OBJ"

So, it looks like we cannot hold this against KB and over and over, Gman/Proehl says he passed muster on football knowledge.

Gman does this for a living, we just obssess about it, so I will sit back and just worry about the next pick and trust we are a better team today than yesterday

I but into why the reporters were asking about Lee, he is a better receiver than Benjamin and you cannot help but think the fact he went to a college that's known for bust receivers was a factor no matter how small it may of been!.

The fact is Benjamin is a raw sloppy player and that's why most pulled him out of the first round, the kid has a lot to lean and in my opinion Lee would have been more nfl ready.

When you're as big and talented as this kid, you don't have to wait.

You would have to wait if he was an average sized receiver.

At worst, he can be a TD, possession and bail out receiver to start. Just throw it up to him if he can catch them.

Gettlemen made it sound like he was one of the best route runners next to OBJ.
