The point I'm making is that Cam LIKES playing in carolina and for the panthers. Unless some other team breaks the bank or some poo I foresee Cam staying with the panthers. 

 

And will he continue to LIKE playing here if he is on his back and sacked more than any QB in the league this year?

So let me get his right, WR and OT were the biggest needs coming into the draft and only WR has been picked and no OTs have been selected. Am I missing something here?

You just gave me one counter argument. Tiny i understand, but i would gladly take a 6th round flyer on Hurst or Leno. You don't have to like my opinions, so you get over it.

Let's wait and see who we get in UDFA. It's possible Hurst, Richardson, and Aberderris could end up not being drafted at this point.

Y'all, it will all be okay. We probably just picked the player with the lowest bust potential out of everyone available. Stewart's ankles are glass, Williams is as old as the dirt he is running on, Tolbert is technically a FB and not every down, and Barner shows potential but will never be every down unless he seriously bulks up. This is a win.

Because a 6th round rookie in free fall down draft boards is definitely doing to do better his rookie year.

It isn't really about the player for me. It's about using our 6th in back-to-back years on the same crowded position. Doubtful we carry them all...thus one of them (Barner most likely) gets cut and the pick is wasted when other positions of need are starring us in the face.

because you want us to draft for need, which DG has said on multiple occasions that he does not do.  He got great, positive value on every pick.  Still 3 months until pre-season starts...
