Is Corey "Philly" Brown our Victor Cruz

Recommended Posts

Both of these guys were undrafted and eerily similar.

Cruz 6'0" 204  40 time 4.47

Brown 5'11 176 40 time 4.45

Brown adds a couple of pounds he would be on the same page as Cruz,   I saw some of his highlights and the boy can catch and in traffic.

Could he be Carolina's version of Victor Cruz?

he hasn't even made the team yet

Really...  I didn't know that.    Man thanks for the update.  Jesus and I thought he was our Fugging first round pick.

Didn't I say UDFA?   Didn't I say he was similar is size and speed to Cruz.

WTF is your problem.   Add an intelligent comment or just STFU.

Jesus Christ pricks like you really piss me the fug off.

my friend who likes osu says he's similar to dexter mccluster or a homeless person's percy harvin.

so probably a crappy wideout/RB hybrid who can do things if he gets some space. but a good returner. and i'll take a good returner tbh.

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup. • This is why we need the Bank of America Stadium Ballroom.
    • That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
