Will you be watching Hard Knocks....

Ive never watched it and I won't watch it until we're on it.

I would also like to take this opportunity to point out the fact that the PR department and staff are making a huge mistake by not volunteering to do the show. Sure it's a spectacle, and a bit of an inconvenience, but when u have a franchise that is constantly ignored by the media regardless of their achievements, I think that the benefits of doing the show outweigh the drawbacks.

Let people see Cam behind the scenes, let them fall in love with Cam and our team just as we have. Let them root for the underdogs. Hell, we won the damned division last year, and all I hear about is how good the Falcons, Bucs, and Saints will be. That changes when you do a Hard Knocks season. People won't put Carolina in the back of their minds as an after thought any longer! For those of you thinking "I'd rather fly under the radar" that's a losers mentality! Champions want the bullseye on their backs, they welcome the challenge of being hunted.

Let me step off my soap box and away from my keyboard. Have a great day everyone

I agree strongly time to get the big boy (Cam) his spot on TV tbh he is the perfect tv personality and charismatic as all hell I mean look at how he commanded your undivided attention at the madden vote final it was like people forgot sherm was even there dude is a star

This would mean we didn't make the playoffs or coach got fired the year before, so no thanks.  I'd rather not be eligible.

I couldn't disagree more. Who cares what the media and general fans say? The Spurs have won 5 championships flying under the radar and keeping to themselves... It's certainly not a loser's mentality. Showoffs want the bullseye on their backs, not champions. There are no benefits to doing a Hard Knocks for the team, only for certain people such as Cam who may gain more fans. And that's irrelevant to what happens on the field. The negatives are huge because it's a massive distraction at the most important point of the off season that hinders a team's ability to completely meet their full potential in camp. Not worth it.

The Spurs are, I believe, the most internationally favored team, I would think by raw numbers. Im not sure about that, but I feel like that roster gets them a lot of international ratings. That is not flying under the radar. Sports are soap opera's and if anything the game against San Fran in the playoffs told us last year, that high ratings gets you some calls. Not all the calls, but enough to make a difference. Thats why ratings matter just slightly to me. The more fans we get the better for our success.

    • Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game
    • I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
    • Certainly not going to miss his constant whiffs on sacks and tackles.
