Would you trade Anderson to St Louis?

If we lose Cam for any significant time our season is over, just like the Rams season was over last year.  Doesn't really matter who the backup is unless you are dying to win 6 games instead of 4 games.  I would give up either of our backups to whoever wanted them if it netted us a solid return.

I think we'd still be competitive with Anderson at QB.  He's a former Pro Bowler and has been in the offense for 4 seasons now.  Of course you lose that big play scrambling capability Cam brings to the table but I don't think we'd be 4-12 with Anderson starting at QB.

They wouldn't meet his value. If cam misses a game or two then Anderson would still give us a chance to win. Webb looked completely incompetent when he played for Ponder in that playoff game against Green Bay.

You can't fault Webb for that game.  Ponder practiced that entire week as if he was going to start only to be ruled out at the last minute.

    • Ehhhh except a lot of it was his refusal in college not to play hero ball.....  The two things he greatly improved at the NFL level were his accuracy on the run and learning he didn't have to take the deep shot every play.   That said when taking a massive boom or bust athlete at QB the most important thing is their work ethic/coachability/desire to improve

    • The new (released today) FOX ONE app will allow you access to watch your Local FOX Station - similar to how the Paramount Plus app allows you access to watch your local CBS station It'll cost you $20/month for the privilege, but if you're having trouble accessing the over-the-air antenna for FOX, this could be an option to consider the new ESPN app will give you access to ESPN content, but not to the local ABC affiliate. A reminder: if you currently get ESPN via some TV provider (cable, satellite, youtube, etc) then you should be able to use the new ESPN app via your provider login, no additional payment required
