Ooohweemayne Coach wasn't fuging around.  He took about 3 or 4 reporters and mushroom stamped their heads.  Don't have a link, saw it on NFL Network.  When I find a link I'll update OP.

Looks like Rivera has a beef with the organization.  It's been said the decision to deactivate Hardy at the last minute was Richardson's.  Rivera went into this week giving Hardy the majority of the snaps in practice.  For them to make that decision at the last minute could have cost us on defense today.  These guys just went out there and played with heart.

Can we get some details?

First question was about Hardy.  Ron said something to the tune of "First of all, we played a helluva game and we need to give credit to the guys who had great performances" and went on to discuss every facet of the game before finally addressing the Hardy issue.  He said he made the decision, and then reporters kept needling the issue and he kept repeating the same response.  After a few rounds of that, he was like "ok look guys, this is a sensitive issue and we're handling it with as much dignity as we can.  I'd appreciate it if you guys did the same."  Much more to it than that, but that's the gist.

    • That he gets worse while at the same time getting more exposure is just typical.
    • And, yes, I've been a slow boil, but watching continually watching shitty displays of football for weeks has me frustrated.
    • Bryce just didn't maximize Hunter Renfrow's skills. ***rant incoming*** But this isn't just about Bryce Young mistiming passes to Renfrow so bad that he's going to get Renfrow killed or hurt, this is also about incompetentence by Dave Canales. Renfrow can still play. He's putting DBs in a blender out there---making them play twister at the top of routes to keep up with him, and dumb Dave has the nerve to cut him. How about putting Hunter in the best position to help the damned offense by appreciating his skill set, DC? You're letting Bryce's apparent inability to make an accurate throw, or at least his timidity to push the ball down the damned field cloud your judgment and miscalculate talent---or maybe just miss on talent just as much as Bryce misses passes due to playing pussified football. It's fúcking unacceptable.  Speaking of misjudgment, I don't know if it's Dan Morgan or Canales, but Eijiro Evero is not the business at DC. I have said a few times that his scheme is not conducive to run-stopping efficiency. Hell, and after watching some clips of plays, now I absolutely know why. The gaps are at least half open before the play even fúcking starts. You are setting the opposition's RBs up for success with too much damned space at the line and in the second level. If our guys are taken out in these areas---at the line and in the second level---then the defense is screwed because it must rely on the safeties to cover too much ground to make the tackle. At least put Ransom in who is motivated to seek and destroy if you're going to effectively leave the safeties on an island.  And speaking of rookies, get our two new defensive ends more snaps to see if we can't generate more of a pass rush. For all the good the continued sorry display of defense that you're putting out for fan's to see (Ejiro, Dave and Dan), you may as well get the rookies generously involved. Fúck that money we gave second-rate (maybe second-rate) vets, we need a damned spark getting after the QB. Watch it, it's just another breakdown of the sh¡t we were subjected to last week. I say this with all respect: Fúck you, Dave! Fúck you, Dan! Learn how to run a fúcking franchise. Maximize the players, regardless of what you think you're supposed to do by the book. Cut the dead weight before another season is lost and fans lose interest in September. EE is "Ew!" Or for emphasis "EEw!" /end rant
