No, I'm with you on that. I don't think Panthers fans need to do anything to harm the bars or disrupt this event. I don't think people are being serious when they post that stuff. I'm friends with these bars owners, and while it bothers me greatly that they've agreed to host this event I totally get while they are. 

 

Again....my issue is with a company that claims to be a Panthers fan and promotes the Carolinas but decides to promote the Steelers for this weekend because he knows how many Steeler fans will be in town. That just flat out sucks to sellout like that. 

 

In the big picture there are many worse ways to make a dollar than hosting football fans before a game. It's a sporting event. It's not like they are profiting off of members of ISIS.

 

Panther fans have a problem with a Carolina company catering to Steeler fans just to make a quick buck.

 

If it supports your family or pays your bills who cares? It's business. You are in business to make money as quickly as  possible. Plus, why not rip off the opposing fans as opposed to your own?

 

 

I truly get why it sort of sucks as the Steeler fans annoy me as much as anyone. But it's not some moral issue.

Why not have our own Rally? We have the minds and pull here to do it. Me and Mrs. M3OW will gladly come to Charlotte to support a Counter-rally. No harming of the bars, no reason to even step foot in any of them and give them our business. I'm sure there are establishments in town that would welcome the home crowd.

show me a Panther rally promoted by a local bar within 15 minutes walk from any stadium other than our own and I'll be quiet

Children, children,, you're looking at this all wrong. I ate at this fine establishment just yesterday (although I never left my house).

 

However, I have noticed that I've been quite ill ever since then. Maybe I should call the Health Dept and tell them about it. Food poisoning is serious bidness

      The defense is 28 out of 32 in salary cap allocation for 2025. We have a ton of resources tied up in the offense including the highest paid OL in the league multiple 1st round WR's and multiple recent draft picks across the offense at TE and RB and we have two 1000 yard backs. Bryce and company couldn't get past Tyler Shough and his crew in 2 games. That's all there is to it. You can spin it and put the entire onus on the defense to your heart's desire it doesn't change the fact that this is an OFFENSIVE team now. If you want to argue that we should revert back to a defensive identity as we have been in the past which has brought us success then I will agree with you on that. But as it stands the onus is on the offense because that is where we have invested through the nose. Dave Canales and Bryce Young need to do a hell of a lot better than they have against the rebuilding Saints who without us should only have 2 wins this season.

      Bryce is not trending up. He is the same QB he has always been. Bottom of the league in most categories.  If Canales thinks he can build a contender with Bryce then he is a bigger idiot then I thought.  Offense next year will have the same issues and be just as inconsistent as it was this year.  We have seen Bryce’a ceiling and it is 175 yards a game and that is not a QB you keep around as your starter. That is barely a backup.

      Looks like Darnold should have had at least 3 picks. That'll get ugly in the playoffs eventually. Can't deny his physical talent though. You either have that or you don't. Mike Macdonald is a legit coach.
