Should we trade for Claiborne?

Right now Morris lost his starting job and has walk out on the Cowboys. Cowboys owner doesn't think Claiborne have no trade value. I say the Panthers  should give a 7th for Morris  and give him a chance. Low pick with low risk. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000399900/article/cowboys-morris-claiborne-storms-out-after-benching

yeah that's player we want.

maybe the Dallas Defense is aweful for a reason folks. Maybe the coaching and structure of that defense is completly crap. If its literally for peanuts, why the hell not give him a try? He has the physical tools.

If You support the Hill aquisition, why wouldnt you support this if it were under the same circumstances?

And I remember some of our wise, gm's on the huddle wanted Claiborne to fall to us at pick 9. Thankfully it did not work out for you, because we got some dude at a position that we didn't need named Luke. This here is a prime example why you should never draft on need!

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
