um, no. this is a brainless suggestion and exhibits a lack of perspective and league precedent by quarterbacks under adversity.

I have no doubt that he wouldnt. My question was, would he be justified.

And i absolutely believe he would.

no it wouldn't and if you have any doubt as to whether it's justifiable or not then you shouldn't be taken seriously

His team quit on him far, far before now.

This is football. A game. Not combat.

A man would be justified in putting his long term health above that of some petty arbitrary definition of leadership for something that is ultimately meaningless. His health, his family, his wellbeing all matter more to him than appeasing mr scot's definition of leadership.
