No surprise here, he is leading the pack for the Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Is Benjamin the lone bright star for this team in midst of this 2 week hiccup? I would say Olsen is playing well but aside from that, Benjamin is standing out as an individual player.

He is currently 9th in total yards among all WR's while Evans, Cooks and Watkins are 44th, 45th and 48th. The three other WR's avg. 10.7 YPC while Benji is at 15.7. The 4 combined TD's of the three WR's are only 1 more than Benjamin alone.

Wow first receiver taken and a top 10 pick. Good to see others taking notice. We got ourselves another steal. Thanks DG! I especially love that KB wanted to be drafted by Carolina and play with Cam. This looks to be a long term relationship.

My sister lives up close to San Fran and the day she came home we had a thunderstorm and she went outside and stood in the rain for 30 mintues. She said she's never wanted to see rain so bad in her life. I thought she was nuts.

Yeah we had a tiny bit of rain last week for like an hour, but prior to that I seriously couldn't tell you the last time I saw rain.

If you live in Northern California and wear anything blue with the number 13 on it you are asking to get shot.

It's a gang thing.

I'm pretty sure there is a big presence in Charlotte as well. Maybe not California big but significant.

For all the crap everyone was giving benjamin before the draft, that was lowering his stock, who would have predicted that the most consistent player on the 53-man roster would be him at this point in the season. He has shown up every game and most of the time that his number is called.

Who would have thought that he would be keeping up with the great Randy Moss at this point in the season. I don't believe he will eclipse him because of the role he plays in Mike Shula's offense with the terrible o-line we're fielding and a hurt Cam, but it is still amazing to think how great this kid is and can be.

Dave Gettleman, you hit this out of the park, "you can't teach Six-Five Two-Fauwdy". What makes him great is more then just that. His body control and usage is very good along with his field awareness and those huge mitts he has.
