All things considered, they played pretty well. Especially against a defense supposedly better than the Steelers and Ravens. And on the road...

 

This.  If we can get that level of OL play consistently we'll be alright on offense.  Our OL isn't going to be a strength this season and that's something we just have to accept.  If they can simply avoid being a major liability, it's a big win.

 

Our secondary on the other hand... oh wee mayne.  They were unspeakably awful today.

The OL was still not very good.  The offense did well in spite of them not because of them.

 

 

I would have to say that did a pretty darned good job pass blocking an excellent Bengals front seven today.

After that post I agreed/conceded that the pass blocking was decent for the most part.

Cam running the ball almost certainly saved that game, if he was restricted like in the past that very possibly ends in a blowout very similarly to the Pittsburgh and Baltimore games

It's no coincidence that the line improved when Amini went down. Same this happened last season.

Line played good, Cam bailed them out with his legs a few time as well. But at the end of the day I'll take that performance over some of the others we've seen

This.  Cam hasn't had his wheels all season up until today.  Cincy wasn't ready for it.  GB will be after watching today's tape.
