Everyone wearing Beats gets fined $10k. Bose is the official sponsor of the NFL. I am sure that Bose pays quite a bit to be in an exclusive partnership with the NFL. Get caught advertising another company on TV, Beats pays the fine, move along.

Not true.  Cam will not be fined for wearing them before the game, nor will anyone else before the game.  It only applies to press conferences and during the game.

 

And btw, they can wear Beats all they want.  They just have to cover the logo.
