This isn't Madden. In the real world, you can't just bench/cut/fire everybody.

Firing the GM right now would be ridiculously stupid.

Firing the coach may be an option if this season continues as is through the end, but not mid-season.

Captain meant a lot more to this defense then people gave him credit for. So what he got burned a couple plays, so does every corner. He made plays and was damn good at the blitz.

I think the defense will get a lot better when Norman and Bene comback. Bene was playing really well and godfrey is playing awful in his place. As the team gets healthier they will only get better. the only one i would consider firing would be shula
