Shula can save his job if?

WOW!!

1. He can develop a under center running game. Find a way to make Cam's running not a need. Which will make the read option a change up and not a base formation.

2. Find a way to make one of the cheap OT Gettelmen loves useable.

3. Find a way to use Stephen Hill. Even if he just runs 9 routes his speed alone should work as a decoy.

As long as we have this o line we can't expect to have a run game not based on cam. It's the same reason we need to regularly mix in no huddle. Cam is the only cure for what ails this offense, cam and dudes catching the ball.

    • just read the thread. I would like to say that the team not being sold to Tepper is an absolute banger of an answer and probably the right one

Initial gut reaction when I first thought of this question is Kasay kicks it in bounds on the kickoff, but unfortunately I still think New England wins that game even with that My second instinct was pulling Bene out before he breaks his leg in the playoffs. My crackpot theory is if he never gets hurt we win the superbowl. I refuse to go back and watch the game but at some point Peyton throw an absolute duck that should have been pick 6'd. but because we were on our like fifth outside corner he was slow to the ball. this would have completely flipped that game because I'm pretty sure Denver scored that drive and the next one was the Cam sack fumble
