Side note, I know there are a few Chivers on this board too...and honestly I'm a big fan of the KCCO beer. Great taste, and can drink more than a few.

Gentleman's Jack mixed to perfection with Aperol, Carpana Antica sweet vermouth, pear cider, and fig preserve.

or

Woodford Reserve Bourbon mixed to a T with allspice Dram, maple syrup, lemon, muddled pears.

Had these two drinks at an unreal cocktail bar and they were the best drinks I have ever tasted. I sipped them slowly for a good 35 minutes a piece and actuslly found them worth the $16 ea.
