What coaches do you want retained?

Right now, the only two coaches I'd be interested in keeping are Proehl and Skipper. Other than that, I'm not sure there's any that I want.

I think we should get an offensive minded head coach and retain McDermott. Sort of like what the Redskins did.

It's tough to ask a new head coach to keep someone from a prior staff.

 

Sam Mills III, probably.  Other than that, you could ask them to interview people, but that's about it.

Seriously though I'd like to keep Wilks too. If Rivera would accept a demotion to DC, I'd be ecstatic to keep him. But that's extremely unlikely.

But no, that hardly ever happens unless you've got a legendary coach.
