Arians press conference

Captain Morgan

Had Arians ever said "it's a process"?

Pretty much....

"You don't change from what you did to get here," he said. "Obviously it works, so you stay with the process. Everything fine tunes because one mistake now is the end of the season, and I think once you -- as players and coaches -- get a grasp of that, the better you are real quick."

some of ya'll should really just become Cardinals fans for reals. Just because he says nice things about the panthers doesn't mean we shouldn't try to destroy them. Chico and gang are playing sound ball right now. It take a pretty damn good coach to keep a team motivated during a 6 (or what ever it was) game slide and pull through.

That being said, he's pretty good coach but I'll take Chico over him. You know why? Because he's our coach and I'm a Panther fan.

Umm, there is a lot of selective memory going on right now. No one remembers Arians trying to get Andrew Luck killed his rookie season with a billion 7 step drops?

Many of us on the Huddle are accused of having a Man Crush on Cam Newton and being very sensitive to criticism of him, or even praise of other QB's.

Your man crush appears to be on Ron Rivera (your usually a defender of him, and a critic of others, such as the now departed Harbaugh)?

Much of the criticism of Cam by national media is 98% off base, seemingly by guys that have never watched one Panther game (mind you Newton play), or even seem to care to watch. However, no one outside of Charlotte criticizes Rivera though....Never!

So what gives? ;)

It would have been easier to keep them motivated if he actually coached better and won a few games. He kicked a field goal for a tie on 4th and short in the redzone. We needed an embarrassing miss from Mike Nugent to hold on to that tie. That is pathetic.
