The Seahawks have changed as well...

The Seahawks didnt change they just hit a easy part of there season. There only real opponent was the Eagles and they had no Qb. Matter of fact the Hawks didnt play but one starting QB that whole stretch. There "Change" is just Smoke and Mirrors and we will play the same team we played in Carolina earlier in the season.

You are now aware that the Seahawks have had the toughest schedule in the league since week 11.

Are you gauaging that off of the teams they actually played as they were constituted when they played them? Or are u just basing that off of team records?

You are totally right, this game rests with Cam. He needs to be even keel throughout the game. No highs and lows, just display the same emotion all through the game. Hopefully, he'll be the one making that last clutch play instead of Wilson.

repeating exactly the same line said on espn radio in a different context... clever. not.

can plays with emotion. and when it's good, he's good. screw that no emotion strictly business crap. it's football and wins are more than just a number in a column

Bobby Wagner and the crowd noise are the only tangible points I see made. Kick off time, traveling, all of that sounds like minutia with minimal impact. The media is talking about how in 2005 the vets didn't like traveling on Saturday. That makes for good filler but the real reason we got beat in Seattle was the lack of offensive production. We didn't have a feature back in an offense designed for one. John Fox didn't throw to Tight Ends and Steve Smith was the only Wide Receiver that could make a difference so they covered him with three guys.

Personnel and coaching are the biggest factors in this game. Crowd noise is on a tier below those. Travel, kick off time, what the players ate for dinner. That stuff is overblown.

When they played. 49ers were 7-4 before the Thanksgiving game, and the Eagles were 9-3 when they played.

I know, I mean are u basing that off of team records or the teams they actually played?

For instance, Arizona with Lindley at QB is not an 11-5 team. Plus some teams have easier schedules than others and will have better records than better teams with worse records.

Think about this. Cam Newton and the Panthers defense is the best QB/Defensive combo they have faced since week 11 with Alex Smith and the Chiefs. Thats a long ass time ago.

By which measurable(s)?  The Seahawks played the 49ers twice during the last 6 weeks of the season and the 49ers defense is rated higher than the Panthers defense and Colin Kaepernick appears to have been rated higher than Cam Newton in most measurables.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but the Panthers are a very similar matchup for the Hawks as the 49ers are...and those matchups are usually fairly low scoring.  The Hawks were able to hold the 49ers to 10 total points in two games this year.

Eagles with Mark Sanchez, as we all found out, are still decent enough. Dominated the Cowboys. The 49ers were pretty good until the Hawks sent them into a tailspin.

Cardinals with Ryan Lindley do suck ass though

The 49ers were a mess this year and both you and I know it. I'm also positive Cam Newton is and will be a better QB that kap. Our defense has held you guys to 13 points last time we met and no offence but they were not a very good unit then. We had players hurt and players developing.

Oh no,  those poor guys had to travel??!  For a 10am game?  I am so tired of the NFL just setting the deck against those Seahawks.

They had no Wagner, either?  Oh poo.      We're only starting 3/4 of a new secondary,   3/5 of a new Oline (correct if I'm wrong)...  but yeah,  the Seahawks without one of their least important players on defense,  is totally groundbreaking.
