QBs Seattle has faced in 6-game winning streak

Yeah, it's not a murderer's row or anything, but you got to play with Tampa, Cleveland, and Arizona on your streak, too. The times you did face a strong QB, they happened to be paired with a garbage D. Our streak just had those roles switched for the most part... subpar QBs paired with very good Ds.

In the end, each of our teams took care of business when they needed to, right?

Garbage D or not we shut down Matt Ryan and Drew Brees completely, and in their stadiums too. Any Hawks fan expecting a blowout is retarded.

Yes, yes you did. And considering the styles of football both our teams play, a blowout is unlikely in either direction unless one team just gets turnover-prone. Speaking of which, the Saints were one of the most turnover-prone teams in the league. Falcons were middle-of-the-pack. No surprise your defense capitalized on that (and just as importantly, your guys protected the ball in those games).

I don't think anyone contests we both played crap teams towards the end. But we both won by reasonably large margins and played reasonably close and we played better QBs (Brees and Ryan) and utterly shut them down. My gist here is don't expect a blowout - Cam's the first good QB your D will have faced in over a month.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
