27 points on our defense? Are we playing the Joe Montana 49ers, or ball control 5'4" Russy Wilson? they're not getting 27 fuging points. They media has gone insane.

You're looking at it all wrong.  When you look at our offense, do you see them scoring more than 13 points on any team, without the defense putting us in a good position, or even scoring for us?  Same thing for the Hawks.  Our offense is pretty pedestrian, and then you also have to factor in our not-so special teams.

 

I'm not saying their prediction is correct, but it could easily happen if we're not careful.

This kinda reminds me of our last playoff game where we were going to fall to SF and we did. Hopefully this time we can win the game. That'll be the loudest STFU this season.

Also sounds like what they were saying in. 03-04 when we were heading into SL to play the greatest show on turf.

Yes I see our offense scoring more than 13 points on several teams starting form the 20 for most of the game.

 

Yes if we play poorly we could be blown out worse than 27- 10, but that wouldn't be my go to prediction like the media.

If not-so-good Cam shows up, their defense could score 14+. Not to mentions our sh1tty ST putting their offense in good positions. I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer, but it's a real possibility we get blown out tomorrow. This team has been blown out several times this year by teams way worse than the reigning SB champions.

Yes if Cam poops the bed it could be much worse than 27-10.

      I mean, you can only go so far with the propping up. When a guy's numbers are as bad overall as Bryce's you have to try to find specific niches to sell. It's just funny that they're honing in on where he's probably weakest to try to prop him up. Whether it's a pro-Bryce conspiracy or not, it echos my chief complaint about PFF's analysis for years. When your purely statistical analysis badly skews from the eye test of actually watching the games, it should be screaming at you that you need to modify your system not double down on it. PFF is awesome at compiling stats but their grade systems are highly flawed and they never seem to try to improve them.

      Then why is Byce also last in other PFF stats?  The deep ball thrower stat by PFF can simply be flawed vs some conspiracy trying to prop up a QB on a team that a former employee now works for.  Both of these guys were also hired AFTER the Panthers had already drafted Bryce.  Trying to prop him up with a made up stat while he struggled would be a detriment to their own team honestly.
