EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY

Justin Hardy - WR - 6'0" 185lbs

NCAA All-Time leader for career receptions.  He has the best hands I've ever seen on a receiver at ECU.  I think I maybe saw him drop 2 catchable balls this season.  I have never seen a guy with more circus catches than Hardy.  He did the "Odell Beckham Jr" a month before Odell did it.  He has ridiculous quickness off the line, and more than makes up for his lack of top end speed.  I think he clocked in at a 4.5 at the combine.  So, he's fast, but he much quicker than he is fast.  He would be an ideal slot receiver, and will have a good career in the NFL.

Shane Carden - QB - 6'2" 220lbs

A winner.  Plain and simple.  He's got leadership out the wazoo.  His mechanics are a little iffy, and I'll be the first person to admit that.  He has a Phillip Rivers type throwing motion, but it worked out for RIvers, so why not Shane?  He's got good pocket presence, was constantly avoiding pressure with our crappy OL, and was great at improvising when throwing on the run.  He doesn't have the BEST deep ball I've ever seen, but he threw his fair share.  He'll be a good backup, and I think he could be an average starter.

2012 - 273 of 413, 3,116 Yards, 23 TD's, 10 INT's

2013 - 387 of 549, 4,139 Yards, 33 TD's, 10 INT's  (10 Rushing TD's)

2014 - 392 of 617, 4,736 Yards, 30 TD's, 10 INT's

Cam Worthy - WR - 6'3" 220lbs

He was our deep threat all season.  Virginia Tech fans will remember the numerous long bombs he caught in ECU's win in Blacksburg this year.  He is a 9-route guy, all the way.  Throw it deep, and his big body will go up and get it.  He was invited to the combine, but I don't see any stats from it.  Not sure what happened.

Terry Williams - DT - 6'1" 353lbs

"The Swamp Monster" was his nickname during his time in Greenville.  At 353lbs, he still clocks in at a 5.0 40 yard dash.  Most ESPN analysts said that they'd never seen a guy that big move that fast during games.  He takes on 2-3 blockers on average, and was a nightmare for opposing offenses.

I didn't know there were this many college grads on the Huddle.  Very impressive roster you have here, Igo.

That 6'1" 353lb. DT from ECU sounds intriguing.

Also, Robert Crisp in the late rounds or as an UDFA wouldn't be bad.

Crisp will not disappoint if we pick him up.  Solid tackle.

We all know Gettleman likes his fatties, plus he's already got the nickname "The Swamp Monster".

I would lose my poo if the Panthers drafted Hardy. The guy is just an animal on the field. He's going to have a very solid career.

I disagree, I think he'll be okay-mediocre.  Never solid in my opinion, slot guy at best.

He was the same way in High School, I was shocked he was overlooked.
