Report: Colts Emerging as Top Suitor for Ndamukong Suh, Greg Hardy

The Panthers used Hardy at defensive tackle several times and he did well there, so he can play on the inside.

I'd agree he's better suited to play a 4-3 end than a 3-4 end (can't see him as a 3-4 OLB) but he could conceivably be effective there.

Playing inside for a few series or when we rush the passer is very different from lining up to take on double teams which is what DEs in a 3-4 do. Even then there are 4 defensive linemen not 3. So no he wouldn't be effective there all day unless he were in a scheme where they blitz often and play 1 gap penetration instead of 2 gap contain.

This is why people on this board hate Andrew Luck.

Yes, it's highly irrational, but he gets all the new toys and it makes me cry like a little baby.

Yeah. . . its feels like every time there is a great-to-decent player released, the Colts are somehow always "the frontrunners" to sign.

It's fugging annoying.

I like the Heels but you wont see me cheering for Pep anytime soon, or Gio Bernard, or any of them that dont have big black kitty kat on the helmet.

Step ya game up Mon-star!

I wouldn't say I cheer for the guy by any stretch. More like I just don't participate in the constant bashing/whining about him.

Even I admit though the the media props him up a bit much though.

i can see Hardy used in a role like Pernell McPhee, playing OLB and having the ability to drop down to a 2, 3, 4, or 5 in some situations.

Colts coach was on staff in Baltimore when they'd drafted McPhee, but could go after him as well.

It turns out that Greg Hardy might be returning to BOA this year, but not in a Panthers uniform.

It's kind of scary that both Suh and Hardy could potentially be lining up on the same D-line. Even more scary that they might be chasing after Cam later this year.

Irony wouldn't have it any other way.

At this point as long as Hardy doesn't go to a rival I'm happy.  I can't deal with seeing my Kracken out there destroying our shitty LT and hitting Cam.

Cam might not deserve it, but Jerry Richardson deserves every bit of it. They don't deserve to win squat until his "traditionalist" arse is gone.

Best thing we could do is for everybody to immediately leave this fanbase and start cheering for a different team.

You should lead the way.
