He's had 64 combined hits+sacks over the last three years which is good for 10th in the NFL among edge defenders according to PFF. I'd take him in a heartbeat.

He's about 260-270. He would be a DE here.

 

Ah I gotcha.  That makes sense with him being a rushing OLB in a 3-4 for Tennessee

Titans switched to a 3-4 last season and Morgan was tried at OLB. Looks like it he was decent at it.

 

Don't have his stats for this past year, but before that in 50 career games he had 16 sacks.

Well, Morgan wouldn't be a back up. He'd likely be a starter in our rotation. I imagine he's gonna want something moderate to borderline high.

Oh yeah Morgan's a really good player I just wouldn't want to break the bank on a position we really don't need to.
