David Newton reports that free agent CB Alan Ball has left his visit with the Panthers without a contract.

  • Newton adds that Ball still hasn’t ruled out signing with the Panthers.

The Carolina Panthers have  offered cornerback Alan Ball a one-year, $2 million contract, according to a league source.

Ball hasn’t agreed to terms yet, though, and is weighing the Panthers’ offer and his options with other NFL teams.

Ball would get a $1 million signing bonus and a $950,000 base salary with a $50,000 workout bonus.

Ball has up to $500,000 in playtime incentives.

      Ehh NYR had more scoring opportunities and Florida is healthy with an elite net minder. Only fault I have on Rod is his goalie decision. At some point, the players deserve some balme.

      I went to McDonald's at lunch got a combo for $12. It was ok. The next day I ordered lunch from Cracker Barrel got the broccoli cheddar chicken, steak fries, and 2 biscuits paid $12 with tip. Guess which was better.
