DUDE!!!

Go look at the post I just put in "Jerry Richardson...man of the fans".  I posted then saw you had quoted me and I was all like, "Whoaaaa!  What if C-A-T actually spells dog" kinda moment.

We may be separated twins.  :)

If he had more visits setup but is making his decision tonight, then I would take that to mean that he had standing offers from multiple teams, and I'm assuming we were one of them. Furthermore, from what Rivera said, it sounded like that was definitely the case. Further-furthermore (lol), he announces this after Rivera says what he says today regarding the Boykin signing... Coincidence? Perhaps not even the team he is singing with knows his decision yet, but rather it's one of the teams that left an offer on the table and was waiting for his decision.

All that being said, i don't think it's us.

He said family was most important and from all we have ever heard from our own players is what a family environment we have here... If that is the biggest priority it is us. If it's money, he will sign elsewhere.

Although I don't appreciate Rivera's comments about not needing Jennings now that we have signed all-fuging-world Boykin, I wonder if it was a power play to see if Jennings would respond. Doesn't seem wise to me though.

Rivera is not too bright and tends to put his foot in his mouth from time to time.

Bless his heart!

    • Been here since middle school right when it started around 2003 after the charlotte.com one. Living outside of Carolina it was tough to find good Panthers content, news or analysis. And no one to talk to about it. This place gave me a lot though I don’t often post. In the later days, I particularly Loved PhillyB’s write ups. They were fire. Too bad I go let it go. I appreciate the hell out of @MHS831 @TheSpecialJuan @Jackie Lee and others who have been posting great content and keeping this place worth coming back to. Particularly during the offseason. Appreciate y’all!
    • Nice explanation, but I was just messing with you. Thought that would be obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version of Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf of the teams pathway forward.
    • I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would like
