If a team is trying to use the draft to find starters and pro bowlers, then that team probably sucks. Teams like the Patriots, Packers, Seahawks and Ravens already have players in place. Some who stay 10+ seasons at that position.

 

The draft is not meant to find the savior of a franchise. The draft is meant to feed a team with talent.
