NFL Total Access praise Kelvin?!

Recommended Posts

They talked about Cam and his lower ranking. Then talked positively about the team and why we weren't good early. Lastly talked about Kelvin and the guest said KB was going to break out and has the biggest upside out of all rookies from last year! Is this a alternate universe? I'm not use to praise.

Here's the link thanks to celibatepimp

why do we care so much about what the media says anyways? There really is no difference between them saying it and some random dude at Applebees saying it. Why do we have to start a thread about every little thing the media says or does? Some of you let these media people actually play with your emotions and that's sad.

It does not bother me most the time what the media is saying. but the difference between the media and some dude at Applebees, is that the media gets paid for their so called expertise, but when it comes to the Panthers it seems like little research is done and the media is just regurgitating the same ole narratives over and over again.

Its a cool compliment that wasn't expected. I thought I'd share it. Your making it way more complicated and divisive in your head dude. Calm down its off season relax

He broke Calvin Johnson record in my madden year 2 for yardage. Damn near beat Randy's touchdown total too.

Just saying.

He had one of the best rookie WR seasons and ever and still felt like he had a bad season. If this is bad, can you imagine how hard he's working to have a good one, and how good that one could be?

Honestly if kelvin cut down the drops he had last year in retrospect that would've allowed for him to have close to 1700 yds and including tds dropped and ones he caught almost 15 that would have led to an astronomical rookie year now just imagine if in year 2 or even 3 him correcting those problems rather than regressing or becoming stagnant we might have a new type of beast the league hasn't seen before

He had 11 drops. If he had 0 he would have needed to average 63 yards per reception to get to 1700 yards. His longest reception was like 51 for the season. Taking his average reception of 13.8 and giving him 11 more reception would improve his yardage to 1160 yards.

Another way to put it is that he would need 50 more receptions to get to 1700 yards.

Why do some people have to swoop in and say "dumb thread" every time a poster wants to share a thought, idea, or an article? If its stupid open another thread.

    • I mean, no I’m not going to panic when he got 2 Qs and looked great in 1 and looked not great in another (let’s not mention the drop).    Yeah we finally have a team that would be considered average offensively around him. Let’s roll this season.
    • The woe is me everything but Bryce sucks mantra is stale af my friend. Look nobody here is going to argue with the fact Frank Reich was not a good head coach. At the same time. Bryce Young is now in his second season with his second coaching staff and a handpicked young offensive head coach who has been known for working with QB's such as Baker and Geno. As far as the offensive pieces around Bryce we have the 4th highest salary cap allocation (that might be even higher now after the new Moton deal) dedicated to the OL in the entire league. We have 2 first round WR's one of them 8th overall the first time we've ever selected a WR that high in franchise history. And the fact of the matter is Bryce Young did not have a good preseason. It's not the first time it's happened either. We all hope to see he and the rest of the team flip a switch in week 1. But we should all be able to agree that the offensive performances we've seen from the entire QB room (Bryce included) in preseason was simply unacceptable.
    • We have seen Bryce play… what… 9 games with AT BEST what one would consider NFL average WRs? You just can’t see the forest for the trees and keep going back to your lazy take of revisionist history.    he looked AWFUL Y1 with the worst coaching I’ve ever seen in the NFL and one of the weakest WR rooms I can recall. He looked awful first half of y2 and great second half of y2 with average coaching and average skill position. I don’t know where this elite talent argument even comes from.
