Jeremy, you know me well enough to know I don't bullshit when it comes to accolades.  You, my friend, need to be a full time reporter.  This full article was fantastic.  You do a fantastic job with this message board.  The price is a bargain.  Thanks for what you do.

Honestly this is the reason I didn't hesitate when it came to going All-Pro.  I don't post.  I don't contribute.  But I spend hours each day reading quality information here that's so good I felt bad about getting it for free.  This place is great, and has been my main time sink since I found it years ago.

So..Yes..Thank you for what you do, it is greatly appreciated.

Ed Dickson told me personally Cam was the toughest player he'd ever played with, and credits him for wanting to stay.  Who wouldn't want to be a part of the greatest dynasty of the salary cap era right?  Other 31-prepare thy anus.

The point you made that I find most interesting (and it makes perfect sense), was the connection between his foot injury to the high throws--pre and post surgery, it was a problem.  High throws are all about the feet--not stepping into the throw, attempting to compensate for the lack of power with the arm alone.  Accuracy always suffers.  I connect that with the accuracy on the deep ball, something he has not had for a year or two.  Hmmm.

Now we have a stable full of burners who can get deep (Brown, Funchess, Ginn, Hill).  The line has improved.

Another thing--this is probably why Cam has not signed a new deal yet.  If I were his agent, I would not encourage him to enter his biggest contract negotiations after a year where he was hurt most of the time.  If I were Gettlemen, I would not want to pay a man $23m per season until I had seen consistent play.

If Cam has a great season, DG has no problem writing a check for $22-25m--he has been positioning the roster so he can do that.  Both sides want 2015 to show them what the actually have in Cam Newton.

Thanks, I know I am not much of a writer. Was never a strong suit of mine even in highschool. But hopefully people can get some enjoyment out of their pedestrian nature. lol

I to appreciate your hard work, and the unique insight and perspective you bring to Huddle.

In your opinion,  why is Cams health in contrast to last season  not a bigger story from the national sports writers when analyzing the Panthers 2015 prospect of success?

    • Dave in a presser gassed up Anthony Tyus III and dying to see him on the field.  I mean 3 is all that needed right, and Dan loves etienne. He's one year filling in his body. If brooks is back, toss in chubba, thats 3.
    • After seeing hits in the last two UDFA pools, I do not in this group sorta of a let down after I gassed myself up.  Not like I know of their games, but just expected more. The duke DT only has to beat out hunte (2025 UDFA) or Ray (DL coach's kid) or even Cam Jackson mid 2025 5th.  I thought they would bring in more edges, IOL, TEs, etc...
    • My 2 favorite picks, since you didn't ask? 3. Brazzell II.  A 1000 yard WR with 4.37 speed and checks all the boxes for a Z Wide Receiver.  IN THE THIRD ROUND!!! 5.  Sam Hecht.  I think he will take over as the starter at some point this season and never look back.  IN THE FIFTH ROUND. Runner Up:  2. Hunter:  We were targeting a DT early in this draft because we did very little to replace Robinson in free agency.  Hunter was our guy and he will start. In addition to that, you got a starting tackle that should man one side of the new OL we will build for Bryce's second contract. A starting WR, offensive lineman, defensive lineman and possible Offensive tackle (at some point during this year from this draft will start.  UNREAL. In addition, I don't doubt that Wheatley (5th round) takes the FS job by next year and Lee III is Jackson's replacement in 2027.   Finally, even Kuwatch should be a special teams demon and LB depth.   Last year's draft was so good it was ugly.  This one will turn out to be uglier.  No offense Basbear--this ain't about you.
