Isaiah Battle, legit LT prospect, entering supplemental draft

I like how he's apparently legit left tackle material without even playing an NFL game. lol

Newsflash bud-the fact he's actually played LT in college makes him unlike all but THREE players in the last 20 drafts of our franchise's two decade history!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Jordan Gross, Jeff Otah, and Lee Ziemba.  That's freakin' it the last 20 drafts.

This guy is the #2 LT prospect in one of the two major NFL scouting services after Ronnie Stanley, who we're very unlikely to get, and who quite frankly I hope we don't get since he's likely a top 10 pick.

For the above stated reasons alone I hope we're doing EVERYTHING in our power over the next week or two to make a quality decision on this guy.

Travelle Wharton, Blake Brockermeyer, Rashad Butler, Chris Terry, Amini Silatolu  and Leander Jordan also played LT In college.

I said last 20 drafts.  I knew about 95 but over 20 drafts ago is a long freakin time.  Also, sorry, but the point was to speak about LTs that may actually play the position, not guards.

I guess same goes for all the LT taken during the draft , if he has the talent and skills we should at least consider it. Also the way panthers play I highly doubt we will be in top 15 picks for years so the chance of drafting a quality LT isn't going to happen unless moving up

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
