a lot to like in that article, but talk about pouring salt in the would with the KB part.

Yeah, it hurts to read.  But given that KB played all but the last day of camp, and had outstanding catches during the BUF pre-season game,  you gotta give it to him.  He was looking stellar, and while it hurts to now have him gone, it's good to acknowledge how he came in focused and ready to excel, especially after the questions that were raised about a possible "sophomore slump" during OTAs when he was battling the hamstring issues.

KB earned the MVP certainly.  Just so sorry we won't get to see him play this season.

The only bad thing about Coleman becoming our starting SS is Rivera sticking his loverboy Harper at FS instead.

That is ridiculous.  Harper isnt a free safety and wont be playing that position.  He is a liability in coverage and everyone knows that.  He is a thumper and a strong safety.  Rivera played 7 rookies in the playoffs last year and has shown he will play the best players.  If Harper is starting he will be the best we have at that position hands down. That is plain to anyone but people with a story and preconceived agenda.

Good stuff. For those keeping score...most of the players in the article are "found" guys by DG. This is how you build a sustainable team and can recover when you lose a player like KB regardless of offense or defense.

Excited for this year, I really think with the addition of Coleman, Peanut and the experience  for Bené and Trey AND Josh looking like he's ready for the breakout year we've all been waiting for. This secondary is going to be a strength of the team for the first time in a long time. Let's Go! Wooooooo!

Best Rookie:

Daryl Williams - As of today, Williams has stood out as the most consistent rookie on the field in addition to playing at a very high level. Only a matter of time folks....

Happy to hear he's adapting quickly, but is he really gonna push Remmers out? Everything I've read suggests they've both played very well throughout camp.

Kind of a shame we seem to have two legitimate RTs but a shaky situation at LT.
