He does not use his hands to his advantage by high-pointing the ball.  He cups the pass ((thunbs out) instead of going up or reaching back for the pass (thumbs in).  His speed was more of an advantage than size growing up, but that speed won't be much of advantage in the NFL

If you watch carefully, his hands are not natural.  Catching is laborious.  I can see him dropping passes and not getting open. 

Not an expert, but just sharing my experience with what I suspect is the issue.
