For the first time in many seasons, Saints fans are no where to be found on the Huddle talking up their team. As such, I have gone over to our little sister site SaintsReport and pulled a few of the comments from Saints fans for you.

Lol. We are not winning Carolina. Even if we do we will probs be back to our losing ways the week after. We are a bad team, why do some not realize this. There's being optimistic and then just plain unrealistic.

Are we bringing out a bad electrical cord? Really the only chance. If Brees plays, you have an injured QB who can't throw 15 yards behind a line that can't block. If they start McCown you have a marginal talented backup behind an OL that almost got Brees killed. 

In case you hadn't noticed we get zero pressure on the CB, and if you can't get in Cams face to have him start overthrowing receivers, he is a decent QB

Put me down as not optimistic for this game or many more if we keep looking the way we do. I could really care less if anyone calls me out on the Internet because I have a life outside of this forum and the Saints. 

 

We are not a bad team, just poorly coached, mainly Payton. The defense has done an admirable job considering the majority of them have never played an NFL down before this year. Aren't we the team with the most turnover/new players from the previous years roster, especially defense? The defense is fine if you ask me, it's the offense that needs their butts reamed and coach Payton needs to light a fire under his own.

no no, make no mistake, this year's Saints are a very bad team. Losing to Tampa Bay at home is more than poor coaching. 

They still have a top 5 ranked defense, so yeah....... Let us pray

True, but to be fair, that was the second week in a row to start the season of traveling to the west coast to play. That will wear on you. 

Panthers are at home and better win.
