The best team Atlanta plays this year is Carolina

I was just looking at Atlanta's schedule for the rest of the year.  The Panthers started out with a cupcake schedule, but man, Atlanta's entire season is a cakewalk.  Easily the most difficult games will come against the Panthers.  Going to be a tough road to a third division championship.

I could see them having a random hiccup against the Titans, maybe get tripped up on the 49er through Viking stretch and losing to us twice of course.

Starting in late November they get two teams that could pose a threat to them in the Colts and Vikings and then two cupcakes that could sneak up on them right after that if they look ahead to our two contests. But man oh man, that might be the easiest schedule in history.

That schedule is silly.  That could be the easiest 16-0 ever if we don't beat them.

1. It's a long season

2. No one knows how well those teams will be playing near the end of the year.

3. It's possible both us and the Saints go into a slump, have an injury, etc..

For real? Anyone care to explain how that works? Why do we play them every year, but not Atlanta. I have no idea how NFL scheduling works. That is the most pansy schedule I have ever seen. But all that means is when they face a good team like us they should get thumped. Especially in the playoffs

they schedule your conference divisional opponents based on their previous rankings. Since we won our division we have to play the other nfc division winners besides our other scheduled games. The falcons play the second place teams, the saints the third and the bucs play the 4th.

 

It's supposed to be a competitive balancing policy.

Stop worrying about the Falcons. By the time we play them twice in Dec Matty Ice's noodle arm will be throwing up water balloons to Norman and Co.

WE are back to back Division Champs! It's time y'all started acting like u know that. If they want the crown, they have to take it from us, not the other way around!
