You are right, Hardy NEVER wanted to play last year, he didnt pitch a fit in the locker room when he was pulled right before the Lions game. Also, Goodell DIDNT tell him and the Panthers it was the exempt list or suspension till the case was resolved either way he wasnt playing PERIOD. Yes, Hardy made ALL these decisions himself so he could take a year off.

Hardy in no way got a raw deal. He beat the hell out of and threatened to kill a woman half his size and made $13 million to do nothing. He was also quoted as saying being on the exempt list was the best time of his life. 

Given she didn't want medical treatment I severely doubt she was 'beaten the hell out of'. If he did even half the things she claimed to do, she'd be dead. But her witness itself is unreliable because she was on coke.

you can blame the rice video for all of that. If that video never gets release no one would even know Hardys name. Heck if he did the same exact thing a season early. He would have played the whole season. You could not predict the reaction and series of events that were going to unfold after tagging him.

So WHO assaults a female and THEN calls the cops them-self if they are guilty?? Especially, a high paid athlete? You are right its not hard to assault a female because all a female has to do is inflict some bruises and claim they were assaulted by you and you are instantly arrested so no ...its not hard. Do you know how many men have been wrongfully imprisoned for these types of accusations? Everyone that claims she was beaten didnt even SEE it happen nor did she report herself to police. NOT a typical assault case.....Talk about weak arguments.

Nobody saw it happen and nobody didn't see it happen. You know just as much about the situation as anyone else.
