San Diego will file paperwork to move to LA

Here is a bleacher report article that states San Diego, Oakland, and St Louis are looking to move to LA. However, San Diego will file the paperwork. Looks like the Chargers may be on the move. Your thoughts?

While we're at it, move the Cardinals back to St. Louis and give the Colts name back to Baltimore.

Best outcome for the fans of the relocating team.  Diehards from San Diego can make the drive up to LA for games and continue supporting the team (once the hate for ownership subsides).  Oakland and St Louis, not so much.

I'd rather go to San Diego for a Panthers game than to LA.

That said, why don't they do what Green Bay did for years with Milwaukee vs Green Bay:  play four home games in SD, and four home games in LA. do that for a few years and see how it goes before making a permanent LA choice.

These teams need to emulate JR when it comes to financing their new stadiums.  Cities just don't have the funds to subsidize billionaires any longer.

If I recall correctly, the Rams owner bought a bunch of land in LA either earlier this year or last year. I heard that may give him a leg up on getting the OK for a move. I think he really wants to be an LA. St. Louis, obviously, wants to keep their team. So it'll be interesting to see how hard he fights this Chargers development.
