Our Super Bowl window is officially here in 2015. Time to trade for Calvin Johnson.

7-0 starts are very rare. You can say we can build for the future and possibly make runs for years to come but nothing is a guarantee. It is ride or die time. I just want a championship. Obviously more than 1 is nice, but I am not going to be greedy. Some fans go a lifetime without witnessing one. I for one would love nothing more than to see my team host the Lombardi, even if it is just once. I really hope the Panthers don't waste an opportunity like this.

It's not gonna happen.  This team is built around drafting well and developing from within.  I just don't see Gettleman giving up key draft picks next year, plus taking on CJs contract.  That would essentially eliminate us from signing J-No in the offseason, and create cap issues through 2019

I'd like to have Megatron here, Joe Thomas, too. But there's no getting around the fact we have only $4.5 million in cap space as of this minute. Hope they're working the phones hard to get some player's to re-negotiate their contracts so they can be traded here, but that's not realistic. No trades for us in the next 14 hours.

Trade for Calvin this year and if we don't win the superbowl we can come back next year and annihilate every opponent with KB and Calvin. Boy, that would be awesome!

Trade for Calvin and Josh is gone and we get lit up by TY Hilton for 40+ points... Then KK may be gone after next year too. Megatron's cap number is just stupid the next few years. Only if that could get completely re-worked would I consider it. Honestly think he could get released after this year depending on what direction the Lions want to go and we could get him for cheaper and without having to give up draft picks.

I'd rather go a lifetime without winning one and have my grandchildren get to see the Panthers win 5 in one era than to see us win 1 and fade back into oblivion.

JR is old AF and who knows what will happen with this team once he is gone. I do hope however that it is around long enough for future generations in the Carolinas to enjoy and cheer for.

We are one dominant #1 receiver away from being able to annihilate any team. One of these Ginn drops is going to cost us a game eventually guarantee that.

If he ends up dropping the game winner against Green Bay in NFC Championship game I will simply say I told you so and sip my tea.

I really think some people dont understand how hard it is to even win a superbowl, just because your team builds for long term success doesnt mean its guaranteed. Lets be real this team has NEVER been consistently good. Last year was a result of the division being the absolute worst. Teams that get off to this kinda of start have the best chance. This is not typical season for the panthers.

    • Personally I think he's a nightmare to cover I think linebackers generally aren't fast enough to keep up with him in coverage and cornerbacks don't have the strength to tackle him one-on-one in physically bring them down which would normally lead to a broken tackle or a nasty stiff arm or just bully ball play sure you could find a receiver with comparable speed like Cooper but he's faster than Cooper sure you can find a wide receiver that is the same size but he's probably More powerful than them and a better blocker.  The size speed athleticism package that he is in is completely unique it's easier to say I'd rather have just a big blocker because we've never seen this type of profile before I'm a risk taker I think you would be God blessed if this was there at 19 I think if you can get a guy that's a tight end who immediately becomes the fastest guy on your offense and at the same time that third wide receiver that can stretch and burn defenses over the top that's the perfect what the Panthers need type weapon.
    • I think you're under selling Sadiq. They are two different players in terms of how they win. Loveland is 2 inches taller maybe 5-6 pounds heavier. Comparing his speed to sadiq.. well your comparing a 4.7 guy to a 4.3 guy I'm seeing a guy that can take a bubble screen from the tight end position and turn it into a house call. I'm not saying the guy is a certified home run pick but I don't think there's really a president's for a comparison for this kind of athlete. It's easy to say this doesn't look like Warren or Loveland because we haven't seen guys that fit this profile The closest you might be able to get is Vernon Davis.  He's not as sure far as those guys were but at 19 I think almost everybody is going to have some warts and he's a lottery ticket of could be top 10 in the draft player or could fail I am more of a risk taker I think he fits the athletic profile that could be a homerun, like I said he's almost 40 lb bigger than Cooper and like 4-5 in taller than Cooper so and he's faster. So whatever you think Cooper gives you I think he does that and more. If you want to go with one of the office alignment I can understand that as well but for value as a receiving threat I don't think there's a bigger value at number 19.
    • I’ve haven’t seen anything that says we have interest in Njoku?
