IF we lose tomorrow (keyword IF) remember 2011..

The year is 2011. The Packers go on the road during the regular season to met life stadium and beat the Giants on their home turf.. Packers finish 15-1 with the no 1 seed, get homefield throughout in the absolute worst place an away team can play in Jan at Lambeu Field, they then lose to the Giants at Lambeu and the giants go on to the SB that year..

So whats my point?! My point is while I want nothing more than to win and be 8-0, a loss also just wont bother me as much. We will still be in fantastic shape and have the inside track on the no 2 seed, we still get a playoff bye and we still host a playofff game at home, honestly, going to Lambeu in Jan for the NFCC game really wouldnt bother me as much. We are precisely the kind of team that is built to win in those conditions.

Dude, don't kid yourself.  If we were to lose tomorrow you'd post a long winded, insanely idiotic panic thread about how the sky is falling, we won't win another game all season, we need to let Norman walk because he isn't worth big money, how we screwed up giving Cam big money, and oh yeah... they're gonna have to amputate KB's leg.

Better yet, remember in 2002 when the Panthers were 3 or 4 and 0 and Shayne Graham, who was filling in for an injured Jon Kasay, missed a game winning fg from a reasonable distance and the Panthers went on to suck the rest of the year?

fug no but I remember going to see them play in Dallas that year and the cowboys scored 2 td's in like the last 5 minutes and won 14-13.

    • Let's pause a sec and rewind. The hype for Bryce Young before we drafted him was beyond anything I've seen in a long time. If you're trying to tell me now after all the hoopla about his ability to make those around him better and the comparisons to hall of fame players across different sports leagues that him taking the next step this year fully hinges on Adam Thielen then we're probably already doomed. Thielen is not going to keep any defenses up at night. He has good hands and very low YAC. We have 4 young WR's ahead of him with potential that need crucial development and we certainly need to find out what we have in them sooner rather than later because regardless of what transpires this season the QB room should undoubtedly be getting a hard reset. Those reps need to go to the young WR's regardless. Bryce needs to step up and take ownership of the relationship between himself and his young receivers. That's why we drafted him.
    • #Raiders WR wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has requested a trade, per a league source. NFL Network first to report   https://x.com/josinaanderson/status/1960060238213546417?s=46
