Too late.

It's obvious this isn't the same Manning as prime Manning.  He's just a shell of his shell of his former self.  I'm watching the Pats-Giants game right now but they showed one of those interceptions and it had no zip on it at all.  He has no arm strength left to speak of.

It could be argued that he's already hung around a season or two too long, but he's definitely done. Incredible player that age finally caught up with.

He hasn't been himself for two seasons now. He had change his throwing motion and that ended up leading to the quad injury, he just doesn't have the arm strength or leg drove to make the passing game in Denver explosive on a consistent basis.
