LOL ... how is it a race issue when 90% of the entire NFL is black? What about every black defensive player celebrating after a sack? What about every black WR celebrating after a TD?

Was it a race issue when Steve Smith would show up his opponents?

This is one of the most asinine arguments I've heard on this issue.

Um no one wrote a letter describing how awful it was to have their daughter watch the sack dances by the Titans D or Carson Palmer

Phillip Rivers is the biggest redneck right behind Derek Cousins and runs his mouth all-game long. You never hear anything about that...if he could dance and not look stupid, he'd be doing windmills and the worm

Haters gonna hate. It just seems like nitpicking to me. First they say we have a soft schedule and now that we rolled through the hardest part of our schedule, there's nothing more to hate on besides our end zone celebrations...totally ignoring anything our competitors do.

It is a factor I believe.

And Bayless needs to answer why the QB position is supposed to "act a certain way" because he is a "leader of men"

There are many different ways to lead men, the only thing that matters is if your teammates respect you and follow you.

Seems like it. I don't see anyone complaining when Rodgers does the Discount Double-Check thing when he scores.

How many Lion / Bear / Viking fans do you talk to?

There are indeed fans who don't like it, and several players have mocked it. People also complained about "Te-bowing" and Shawne Merriman's "lights out" dance, among others.

Basically, opposing fans hate you for any reason they can find, logical or not.

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
