What are we going to do about Remmers though?  Can't just let him stick around either.

I really have faith in G man to find a much better replacement either late in the draft. Or an UDFA or a journeyman in the twighlight of his career.  He has many fewer holes to plug up the leaking ship every year.

Ealy was beasting getting sacks every week, Addison and Delaire are very good situational pass rushers. We have some quality young players at DE moving forward, it's not the dire situation that some people are making it out to be.

The problem is ever since CJ came back these guys are sitting on the bench watching CJ play all the snaps and produce nothing. I know this isn't going to happen but we honestly should bench CJ, start Ealy and rotate our young guys in as much as possible. Keep CJ's and Allen's snaps to a minimum.

Atleast Allen is giving his everything and is fine against the run. CJ is just sad. No effort at all if you are not counting is twittering.

Kill me if you want... But Hardy back to replace CJ... He wont be as expensive this year than last and clearly we know what we get and the other way around. Hardy and Ealy would do the trick.

We need to fix the pass rush this offeason.

Yea we overachieved greatly this year along with Cam's awakening as the most dangerous QB ever...still we are a few very important pieces away from being a great team honestly...

Need more CB help
Need more RT help
Need DEs again (losing a 15 sack guy hurts who knew?)
Need WRs (getting Benji back will help but still need more)

While I wouldn't mind depth at WR and CB, I don't think those are pressing needs as long as we pay Norman.  We need to get back to dominating in both trenches, which make whatever WRs and CBs you have look much better.  In fact it would be quite a waste to draft a WR with Kelvin coming back next season; fix the RT problem and this season has proven when Cam has good protection he'll get the job done with them.  Similarly get some godddamned defensive ends who can actually generate some pressure and we won't have to worry about all these comebacks happening.

I'm glad this is the last season we'll see Charles Johnson in a Panthers' uniform.  What a waste.

Daryl Williams hypeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    • Through 2 games cltfc has 12 shot attempts. Opponents 23 shots on target. Attack sucks, Defense definitely sucks. Kahlina is the only reason they haven't given up 14 goals in two games.
    • I met a few times--never liked him. I figured he might have had a bad day--but then realized that he must have a lot of bad days. Once he raised his voice at my son because my son did not understand a question when SS was signing his jersey.  I wanted the jersey to represent his encounter with a Panther great, not some small man with a bad attitude.  I told me son, "Forget it.  He was asking you what your name is (My son was about 7 and told me that he thought Smitty was going to write (my son's) name on the jersey.  He said "Dad, I thought he was supposed to write HIS name on the jersey, not mine."  I said, "He was personalizing it, writing it to you--like a birthday card."  He is now grown, and he has a steve smith Jersey that is framed and matted.  He keeps it is his closet.  I asked him, "Why not have that out on your wall?"  He said, "All I remember is an A-hole scribbled on my shirt.  I don't remember a legend or hero.  But he had a Jake Delhomme Jersey on his wall.  "Jake was great.  I will always remember that."  (Jake stayed and talked to us for about 5 minutes or more--GREAT guy.)
    • Is it possible for someone to regress in maturity as they age or has Steve really just been a jerk his entire life?
