I will never understand it.  Makes no sense.  Why would you miss watching your game just to spend money to go see two teams you don't care about?

When I wore my Panther jersey during the Bears @ San Francisco game it was a prime time Thursday night game and my 1st live nfl game ever, it was back in 2009 or 2010,

My BF insisted on wearing his Broncos to our game on Thanksgiving. His reasoning was he wasn't going to wear another team's colors or logo, but as a football fan he still wanted to rep his team. I think it's silly, but I get it. I did tell him it works both ways, so he can expect me to rep my Panthers when we go to Denver.

My grandfather accused my grandmother of cheating because she started buying Close Up toothpaste.  He went for a gallon of milk one day and never went back.  File that away in case you ever want to get out of that relationship and need an escape plan.   LOL

I guess it makes some sense because the Bills winning would get their team in the playoffs.   If it is to the benefit of your team I have no problem with it.

10-12 years ago a good friend (Yankee fan) and I would go to every Tampa game where the Sox or Yankees were playing the Devil Rays.   At the time the two teams were consistently among the five best in baseball so the rivalry  was intense.

I would wear my Sox stuff to root against the Yankees and he did the opposite.   There would be thousands of others doing the same.   It was always a lot of fun and much friendlier than when the Sox actually played  the Yankees.   Honestly the third teams fans were the only reason the Tampa fans were not outnumbered.

Most of the time though I agree with not wearing a third teams jersey but I never go to those games anyway.

When I was living in Atlanta the owner of the company I work for used to give away Falcons tickets if he wasn't using them. I'm talking club level nice seats. I checked out a game against the Vikings and took a female who was a Falcons fan. Best believe I wore my Carolina gear and did some trolling. People there give me some hilarious looks

I havent been the guy.... But what would you wear if, hypothetically, you were local to the venue, and were handed tickets to say, Ravens at 'Skins? I'll be damned if Im going to anything football related and not wear Panther gear....

Easy answer to this question - I'd wipe my ass with those worthless tickets and then watch my Panthers on tv.

Only time I would attend a game the Panthers weren't paying in is if they are not playing that day, that's it.

You should dump him. There are plenty of Handsome Panthers Fans available.
