Ones with young girls that have to either tune it out or tolerate it.. I can tune most of it out but some of those voices are so annoying that tuning them out is virtually impossible. If I have to hear one more Taylor Swift or Katy Perry song, I may show up on the 6 o'clock news.

The SB halftime show isn't really for football fans, it's for people who watch the Super Bowl because it's a huge event. So the halftime show should reflect that. It should be a spectacle. Coldplay is just about the worst choice they could have ever made, it'll just be a bunch of monotone emotional songs. So would most of the old man bands mentioned every time we have halftime show threads. 

Getting Beyonce to fix it was a wise move.

You're going to watch the game anyway, MH. So why shouldn't they also try to get prepubescent girls to watch it with some shitty music? Hell, Justin Bieber would be a better choice than Coldplay or ACDC or whatever other old people music always gets suggested.

I guess you are right.....most guys tuning into the game don't watch the halftime show anyway.   It does give my wife and teenage daughter something to be interested in that evening.
