No Negativity Thread - Name A Moment And Player That Meant A Lot To You This Season

Obviously we are all pretty torn up about losing the Super Bowl, so I thought I would make a thread for some positivity. Try to think of a moment that meant a lot to you, a play that represented our season, or a moment when you knew the team was special. Also comment with a player who meant a lot to you this season. Try to keep it positive. 

Although it's not my favorite moment of the year, a moment that stands out in my mind is the first play against the Seahawks in the Divisional Round. The Seahawks knew we were going to try to run the football, and Jonathan Stewart just came out on the first play and got a 50+ yard chunk. Listening to the home crowd errupt around me as we asserted our dominance early. It was great to impose our will against a great defense early, and it was a lot of fun to experience in person.

The player who meant the most to me was, is, and probably always will be Thomas Davis. Watching him lead this defense while playing at such a high level was inspiring, and the fact that he even played in the Super Bowl is amazing under those circumstances. Pair that with the fact that he is an incredible role model. You can't ask for a better guy than that on your roster.

Greg Olsen scoring the game winning TD vs. Seattle in Seattle. That was sweet. And TD, what more else can you say about him. Phenomenal.

Getting to experience the NFC Championship victory at home was the best sporting event I've ever been to. The electricity throughout the stadium, the streets (walking out and down Morehead Street), and the fan base, in general, was the greatest moment in our 21 year history. Cam, Luke, and co. were amazing during this playoff run at home...

When Thomas Davis intercepted Aaron Rodgers to win the game. I was watching the game obviously. But days later I was watching a replay of it and I have no idea why but I started crying. Weirdest thing, I guess just knowing his history and how hard he's worked. What a great season.

So many of em. Its hard knowing the season is over.  Even in a win its hard to reflect back over the season.  Maybe against Seattle when the TV shows TD rallying the defense.  Or the catch by Olsen.  Maybe the end of the NYG game.  It was certainly a special season.

Kony in the Super Bowl, largely because he's been a bit polarizing (unfairly IMO) in the past but clearly came to play last night. Guy's a baller.

I can't and won't single out a player this whole season. The hallmark of this team was "team"! That's why the season was a good one.

For me it was TD catching the onside kick against SEA in the playoffs. Just a phenomenal play for so many reasons.

This was not a huge play per se, but the play that epitomizes the Panther's to me is Tolbert's 2 yard TD catch against the Eagles. Dude broke about six tackles, taking 3 Eagles into the end zone with him! Talk about Keep pounding!

I've always said if I loved Thomas Davis anymore we'd be celebrating the recent Supreme Court decision on marriage. KK had an amazing year. You can tell out front four is clicking by how our linebackers were able to roam. And last night Ealy elevated his game so much last night he's going to demand extra attention next season
