What purpose is there having Teddy Williams on our team?

Special Teams were atrocious this year and have been for at least a decade now. Need to upgrade the unit in general

I wouldn't say atrocious this year, but they certainly weren't great.  They weren't the dumpster fire like they were in 2014.

And 2013 was actually a pretty good year for ST.  But overall, yeah they haven't been good in a while.

It didn't even up mattering, but we should at least consider another option besides Gano.  I like him, but he has not been great last year or this year after a really good 2013.  Maybe he can rebound, but competition would be good.

But in seriousness, he's quick.  Maybe they're keeping him around and giving him something to do on ST cuz they see a future for him in the secondary.  Not being good on ST doesn't mean he doesn't have potential as a CB.

Not sure if I want to risk trading illegal block in the back for defensive holding.

Heard his name a fair number of times this season. Not ideal when you're not returning punts for TDs.

I like Williams , he just needs to be reigned in a little. he is always around the ball on ST  even though he has made some dumb plays. he needs some veteran guidance. Maybe he is not worth the time but maybe  there is something about the guy we shouldn't give up so quickly on.

An idiot with potential, some what similar to a younger Josh Norman.

Colin Jones and Joe Webb should kick rocks as well. No more sympathy roster spots, please.

After predicting Webb would be gone in the final cuts last year, I'm not making that mistake again.  I'm pretty confident he stays.  One of the most versatile player on the team.  Emergency QB, WR, RB.  A swiss-army knife player like this does wonders to help roster management.

Fantastic athlete. Very decent player on ST.  Made some good returns, good tackles.  I really like this QB who is willing to do the special teams dirty work.

He tends to ball out in pre-season, which is fun to watch, and it's good to have a pretty decent QB for our backups on offense to play alongside in preseason games.  And he does a mean Russell Wilson impersonation on the scout team, something DA can't do....

So, I see absolutely no reason to let him go.
