If it was for the 13th pick, then I agree. Im thinking Bosa is going in the Top 5 though.

the guy can play all over the line .DE,5tech,3tec. Mayock gave  him very high praise. he said  that buckner will be  the best dlineman in the draft and parts of his game reminds him of reggie white.

He wouldn't be worth what the Panthers would need to give up  to get him that's for sure. He's irrelevant to the Panthers unless he somehow drops down to the last few spots of 1st round of the draft .
