Wouldn't it be some poo if we brought him in as a camp body and cut him later...guarantee you his agent is going to ask for protections against that given the Boykin situation.  

In just a few short years, the Panthers have gone from giving big contracts to old vets and using UDFAs as camp meat.  Now, with the Gettfather at the helm, we are bringing in vets as camp meat and giving UDFA signing bonuses.  That's the difference in our team's success in a nutshell.  

 

ETA:  And the Bucs are trading up to draft kickers lololololololololololo1ol1o1o1o1o1ol1lll11

If it helps, I'm also a good yankee (the kind that visits for Panthers football games, spends money, then heads his yankee ass back north).

one day you are going to want to retire.  one day you are going to want to move down here.  when that day comes, you are going to have to drink real tea.  if not, we are going to send your damn yankee self back north.

Being originally from NY, living at Bragg for 15 years and now living in the DC/Baltimore area...I fully plan on retiring in Charlotte.

 

I am fully prepared to drink some amounts of sweet tea per year to keep the yearly per capita consumption levels normalized. But I'm with Jase that 1/4 sweet and the rest unsweet is the way to go. Chick-Fil-A has good sweet tea too.

great sweet tea is an art form.  it can definitely be too sweet.

We choose some really bad culinary items to make sacred as Southerners. We have really good options but why Sweet tea, Krispy Kreme, and Dukes? They are all sub par to disgusting.

      We don't have to tear down Dak to appreciate what Bryce did yesterday. Dak had 0 running game. If the cowboys were better, he'd be a legit MVP candidate if he keeps playing this way.  They did it with Ceedee last year, but they do a better job of anybody we play consistently of getting their best receiver off Jaycee.  Bryce was good too. If we just catch the ball that was intercepted, we probably win by 7+, and Bryce goes over 200 yards passing.  Biggest shift the last few weeks has been play calling. I thought Canales abandoned the run game way to early at times last year. This year he really seems to be sticking with it.  I still think Chuba is better at making 4 yards when there's nothing there, but Rico is better at making 30 yards when there's 6 there. I like the direction. Hopefully we can get Moton, Sanders and Coker back and really be dangerous. Our play action game is pretty deadly right now.  Unrelated: My favorite quality about Bryce right now is his ability to see the defensive hold and throw the ball there. He EXPOSES the officials when they don't call it. That one on Tetaroia yesterday late in the game was a bad miss on their part.

      This is a game the Panthers should win... just the sort of game they lose. The Panthers have a bad habit that goes back years of playing down to the competition's level only to mess around and lose the game. The Jets game should be taken very seriously! But I want to enjoy the fact that they beat the Cowboys for at least another day or so!
