It's becoming more commonplace with new grocery stores, due to a number of factors

1. less parcels in prime locations are big enough to accomodate the size of a large grocery store and parking

2. stormwater regulations are making it really hard to building big expansive parking areas, so more stores are going to parking beneath

3. environmental certification programs like LEED are encouraging more compact designs with less exposed pavement

Yessir. We have no less than 145 city-monitored stormwater retention ponds (BMPs). And it's not just grocery stores, it's any structure which impacts surface drainage of stormwater.

Speaking of grocery stores. The most impressive I have ever seen was the Super Wegman's in upstate Rochester NY. I haven't been the same since. Anyone here ever seen one of these?

Can't be more impressive than our local Food Lions.

    • They have coaches and a vet for that already on the team. Shaq is washed man. It's time to let it go.

    • I feel like its been proven over and over again at QB. You can't take the guy that was handed everything on a silver platter. This isn't a case of he is just so much better then everyone Colorado would be crazy to not recruit him and make him the man. This is a case of the coaches son getting special treatment. They retired his number for fugs sake.    QB in the NFL is too hard, you have to be locked in. Sanders does not have the mental makeup to be that guy. Then you add all the flags about his processing ability and not being able to throw with anticipation/throw receivers open. Doesn't even have the arm to wow you and think there is something to work with and mold.
